So, how long have you been a fan?? What was the first Shania song you heard?? Ever see her in concert??

I have been a fan of Shania's for a while. It was when I first saw videeo any man of mine.. That's when I had started getting in to her and her music... And have loved her music since then and I really love her new cd up.. I think it's one of her best cds :)

Like Doc said, you will find that this is an awesome 'Shania family' we have here. :D I also became a fan from the first time I heard AMOM.

I would suggest searching our wonderful board for pictures of the UP! Live in Chicago concert (which many of us are on :D :D ), the Today Show appearances, etc and be sure to check out the "World Tour" section! Lots of great & fun stories there!

Hello Amber! Welcome to Shania Boards. I have been a member only a month myself but am one of the oldest members age wise.Never to old for good music eh? My brother Greg got me into Shania by going to Knoxville concert. Talk about a die hard Shania fan, he had by-pass surgery and 3 wks. later he rode in the backseat of the car for 200 miles to see Shania! We really enjoyed the show and I planned on three more for next tour -but that remains to be seen now. Welcome aboard!LOL.MIke.:D :D :D

Hey Amber, welcome aboard.HI! It was From This Moment On for me that did it. I was out of country at that time in 1998, so I didn't even know who she was or what she looked like. After hearing FTMO about 4 times without finding out who was singing it, when I did, it was even stranger. Shania Twain? What kind of a name is that for someone I thought. And even when I bought the WIM CD thinking the song would be on it, I was still confused. But, now I know who she is, what she looks like and what CD FTMO is on. Isn't it amazing.:GH :LMAO Have fun here. These are a great bunch of folks, let alone the most dedicated fans of Shania you'll meet.:)

I became a Shania Fan last year at Willie Nelson's 70th birthday when Shania Twain sang Eyes Cryin in the Rain to Willie Nelson...I just thought it so kind of Shania To do that with Willie and to give hug and a kiss him on the cheek after the song...You could tell that Willie really loved that eh! But I have been listening to Shania's songs for a lot longer than that...Just was never a fan until then...Now I know Shania Twain's life story and that really impresses me Much Amber!

You never know when Shania Twain is gonna Getcha Good Amber but at Willie Nelson's 70th birthday is when Shania got me but good!!! Ha! Ha!
