I think that they need FINALLY start to promote this album(before the new one will be there). Who knows, but I think that there isn`t much promotion. If Mercury would promote this album in 2004 and 2005, it would be 5 or 6 time platinum in USA in my opinion. What do you think? :)

I am expecting a small promotion in time for Christmas....hopefully it will get above 4 M with that... :SN

It depends on a few things:
- how many copies they are shipping out at once, as the GH sells, I have a feeling around the 250k.
- maybe they are waiting to a final word about an album this year. It would certainly push the sales and the shipment numbers upward.
- maybe they are awaiting to the holiday demands

It really doesn't matter, they should just certify it at 4 like every other label would do. They also need to certify her first album again as well, and most likely TWIM.

They should do a 10th anniversary edition of COO.

And even if it doesn't make the 10 million mark, I'm sure that Shania would still be very proud of all her achievements so far. She doesn't really pay attention to statistics anyhow.
