The spin off series "Lone Gunman" which followed the adventures of Agent Mulder's three computer geek / conspiracy group contacts "The Lone Gunman". Anyway in the pilot episode, the Gunman track down the terrorist group to a airliner which the bad guys hijack, and plan to fly into one of the Twin Towers. Of coures the Gunman subdue the badguys, and the plane narrowly avoids crashing into the building, only taking off the antenna at the top of one of the towers.
Creepy isn't. I forgot all about this until someone brought it last night.
