Well, I guess I should've watched both the Winterbreak and Behind the Music. I've waited 11 years for the New York Giants to be in the Super Bowl again and they might as well have stayed home! On the brighter side, it was great to see Ray Charles sing "God Bless America" and the Backstreet Boys do a different but very good version of the US National Anthem. The half-time show was good too. It featured Aerosmith, N'SYNC, Britney Spears, Mary Blige, and a rapper named Nelley. I don't know this guy. Maybe some of the younger members like Erika do. Maybe all of you do, but I'm not into Rap, so I don't. They all did a finale together. It was great. I got so depressed over the way the game went that I turned it over to VH1 for Shania's BTM and watched it all again. Even thought I've seen this many times, seeing Shania always makes me feel better. I made the right choice. Of course even if I had still been watching the game, I still would've been watching it a lot, that's what the remote is for.

I guess the good thing is I don't have to wait as long for the next Super Sunday [7-01-01] 22 weeks to go from yesterday, 153 days and counting!!!! One thing we haven't talked about however is a "half-time" show. By that I mean we haven't had a discussion, or at least I don't remember one, on who might be there for celebrities besides us! Shania & Mutt know a lot of famous people, so I'm wondering if we might just bump into a few of them. Hopefully it will be before tripping out on coffee, Dr. Pepper and donuts! Besides, any famous stars we run into should know we are all close friends of Eilleen Lange just by looking at our attire.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I sure would like to meet Mutt also. I think he is a really cool guy. I also realize that is a remote, almost impossible dream, but hey, you never know.

Well, the old clock on the wall says it's time to earn some money. Think about this. http://www.shania-twain.org/messages/smile.gif

Do you and Bryce have a producer? I heard a rumor that Mutt needs the work. Sorry, I just couldn't resist that. Are you going to be signing autographs for free, or do we have to pay? Just joking!!! I can't wait!!! http://www.shania-twain.org/messages/biggrin.gif

One of the things we need to plan is what song are we going to sing Shania in Timmins? let me do a poll on this...I am sure Shania would love to hear us singing her songs to her.. http://www.shania-twain.org/messages/smile.gif

I'm supposed to be practicing???? What am I practicing???? I haven't been. I could work on my fainting & donut intake. But you don't want me singing. Every one would run... Hey that just mite help thin the crowd out for us. http://www.shania-twain.org/messages/biggrin.gif http://www.shania-twain.org/messages/biggrin.gif LOL

I agree with you Steve meeting Mutt would also be a great experience. And hey it never hurts to dream.

I hope once Shania hears us sing she is still smiling!!!!

Hey, we can't be any worse than the folks she yanked up on stage in ST Live, and I'm not picking on them because, seriously, it is not easy for anyone who is not a professional to jump up on a stage in front of a huge crowd and sing like Celine or Frank Sinatra. Should prove interesting. http://www.shania-twain.org/messages/eek.gif
