Hey everyone.
I managed to get an advance copie of shania's Aussie single IGGG. It contains 3 tracks

1. I'm Gonna Getcha Good! (Green). This is a really cool version. It is very country and has a lot of extended parts. it is also arranged a little bit different than the normal versions. I Like the most out of all of them. Very Cool remix!!

2. C'est La Vie (Red). this is a great song. It is best out of the Red and Blue version. This version has a rythm and sound very familiar to ABBA'S Dancing queen. The lyrics are about a normal person life and the things we all dred. The song has a great drum pattern.

3. C'est La Vie (Blue). This is just a remix of the above but it has more of an echo to the lyrics and has a more traditional sound. The arrangement is also slightly different in some parts compared to the Red version.

All of the songs sound great and are defenitaly Shania! I have posted to lyrics to C'est La Vie below. SOme of them may be spelt wrong and might be slightly different than what she actually says. this is becuase the songs is one of those one that the words kind of blend together. But here it is:

C’EST LA VIE

Oh Yeah, I yi yi yeah
It Must Be Monday
What A Dumb day, Can’t drag
My butt out of bed
Somebody shock me, need another coffee
Like a hole in my Head
When Every day begins this way
Gets you down and can drive you mad

The daily blind can freak your mind
But life isn’t all that bad

Don’t let it get to you C’est la vie
That’s life and that’s how its gonna be
C’est la vie all time it comes from eventually

Oh oo

If only I could sleep in, wake up on the weekend
Oh what a dream that would be
Fat chance of that one
It ain’t gonna happen
Betta get back to reality

I could be a slob or keep my job
That is the choice we have

The daily blind can freak your mind
But life isn’t all that bad

Don’t let it get to you C’est la vie
That’s life and that’s how its gonna be
C’est la vie all time it comes from eventually

Oh oo

Everybody’s gotta to do it
Everybody’s gotta earn their way

Aw come on now

You gotta work your own way through it
Everybody’s got there dus to pay
yeah
The daily blind can freak your mind
But life isn’t all that bad

Don’t let it get to you C’est la vie
That’s life and that’s how its gonna be
C’est la vie all time it comes from eventually
C’est la vie That’s life and that’s how its gonna be
C’est la vie all time it comes from eventually
C’est la vie all time it comes from eventually

C’est la vie

I don't have time to read the forums. Just tell us what it says.

2. C'est La Vie (Red). this is a great song. It is best out of the Red and Blue version. This version has a rythm and sound very familiar to ABBA'S Dancing queen. The lyrics are about a normal person life and the things we all dred. The song has a great drum pattern.
Thanks Jake!:BL I like this ABBA reference..it seems many people are seeing this ABBA connection! I love the idea of using colors to identify the album versions: so if have understood correctly..
GREEN=country version
RED=pop version
BLUE=remixed international version
will we get different covers as well?:GL Cannot wait to go to the store! LOL!

Oh man! Can I ever relate to the words of C'est la vie! Well, not now I'm retired but for sure when I was working. I think not having to get off to a fast start every morning is one of the absolute best things about retired life. So much more civilized now.

Jake87, now I have heard C'est la Vie (blue version only) I have to agree. This is very like Dancing Queen. Unfortunately C'est la Vie suffers in comparison. It falls a bit flat for me. Also this blue version seems to have a vaguely Caribbean flavour

Roger Not vaguely, but it is very reggae! hehe

The European single contains four songs:
IGGG (red version)
C'est la vie (blue)
In my car (red)
In my car (blue)

It seems the pop version on the radios is a bit different. Only very slightly though. A few added ah-uh-ohs mainly, lol

I was able to hear C'est la vie pop version online, and it is a better version than this blue one that is on the single.

Also I like the red version of In My Car better too!
That song rocks! :D
The versions are very different from each other.
