The Canadian TV GUIDE with Shania on the cover is out. The picture isn't as bad as you think, she looks great. The article wasn't very good or long. I read it really quick in the store. It just talks about all the shows Shania will be on during CMT Canada 12 days of Shania and takes some quotes out of the Case For Shania which I've already seen.

Highlights of the article that I can remember:

There's a new CBC(Canada) documentary on Shania called Catching UP! with Shania that airs December 9, 2002.

Shanias says she can go down to the village where she lives in Switzerland and buy a Prada bag and on the way pet a few cows.

Shania reveals that Eja can say "mama, dada, and Timmy(the dog)"

Shania says she's more health conscious, eats better cause of the baby.

What's more important than having a baby? nothing so Shania says she was really relaxed making her new album and Mutt captured that in her voice while recording.

Asked for beauty secrets? Shania says have a baby. It brings lots of love in life.

Sounds more indepth than the US article, it did not mention what Eja could say.

I just got my copy,I think the picture looks awsome.I don't know why some people where saying its a bad picture of shania,I think its one of her best.By the way I'm not sure if i should post the picture,do you have to wait until its off the news stand first?

There is no problem with posting the cover or short exerpts from the article.

I quite like the photo myself - more sassy than the American TV Guide cover. Of course the women in my family don't like her showing her bra and call her "slutty-looking" *sigh*

Thanks Roger. I got a similar reaction. I just got the Entertainment Weekly with Eminem on the cover on Monday. The Shania article is excellent. It's the best one I've seen in a long, long time. It gives a little different perspective on things. The only comment I got was "wow, what a picture. No wonder you guys all think she's so great." I guess the old saying holds true, i.e., "a picture is worth a thousand words, or maybe it should be wipes out those words.:eek: It's a battle I guess we'll never win.:rolleyes:
