About the only thing that could take Kix Brooks away from the tracking sessions for their upcoming new album, was that Super Bowl XXXVII ticket he had. So he headed to San Diego. "You know, it's the SUPER BOWL," says Kix, "It's the ground zero for all things guy! And the excitement… you can feel it. Not only do you have two teams at the top of their game playing in the ultimate championship, but you've got a sport the entire country is invested in. People LOVE football -- and this is as good as it gets."
QUESTION IS how good did Shania look? "Well, I thought Shania looked cute… and I'm for sure certain that (Shania's black, be-jewelled outfit) it looked a whole lot better on her than it would have me! Even though it was Southern California, I dressed for warmth -- and maximum cheering potential." Brooks returns to join partner Ronnie Dunn in the studio for the culmination of what appears to the duo to be their most far-reaching album to date.
