I don't know why they are making a big deal out of this. Shania has always said that she was never looking to the be the singer "out front" and that her mom pushed her.

Cuz anything about Shania gets them attention and they must be hard up for something better to report - old Shania news is better than new news on most of the artists they like to report on, I would guess. Especially with UP! at #1 for the 3d week on Billboard album charts.
