Yes that is exactly what WVU stands for. No problem on the report is was simply one of the best times of my life. One in which I`ll never forget.
For the gentleman for Erie, Penn. getting a hug and actually meeting Shaina was well worth the eight hour drive. You LUCKY DOG!
