Just to add, in many times it's not only about facts, but how they were told, and what was told about them is how balanced, and what contexts they were set up.
Since Shania, not her family did not gave a sraight interview for the purpose of the biography, most description of events came from the others description. A huge minus in the book. Because in many cases you only get to know what the other side is thinking and reflecting, and not what Shania, except what he could recollect from interviews published.
