Fast motion in the video, how do you do this?
Shania...had to work in slowmotion, she had to move slow the camera was moving at slower speed as well, so when it was played back at normal speed Shania would appear to be moving very fast. Hard to keep the energy up. She does a Up......Up.... in slow motion..lol

Shania...when I am on tour it is an hour and half work out. Try doing a slow jog and talking at the same time, that is what it is like to do a concert.
