Hey guys
Been a while since I posted. Wanted to wish all a Merry xmas and a happy New Year. In Orlando at the Disney Marathon now and for those of you who know me you'll appreciate the fact I'm running the DOPEY this year. A 5 K day 1, a 10 K day 2, a half marathon day 3 and a full marathon day 4. After the marathon heading back to frigid Pennsylvania. Hope all is well-DOC
