I have to say that I, too, think this was blown out of proportion as Shania doesn't strike me as the type to care about what others are doing. I do however think it is in bad taste of Tim and Faith to do the show the same weekend AFTER Shania announced her show. I feel like this is something Faith Hill has always done and then somehow comes out on top in the critics eyes. I remember a VH1 Behind the Music from the early 90's where Faith was in jean overalls, short hair, and pregnant and her quote where she mentions Shania is too pop and pushes the envelope too much for country. Then a few years later, AFTER Come On Over, Faith releases "Breath" and is naked under a sheet. I realize Shania is a trend setter and really blazes new trails but I think it's time Faith and Tim do something on their own, or give credit where it is deserved.
