Shania feels she is getting the respect of others. Shania will only sing her own stuff, she wanted to prove something. That she can sing and write her own hit songs.
Mutt likes only to produce songs he has worked on. Shania is up to doing covers, in the past she was sick of it. She wouldn't mind doing one. Shania doesn't think she is a good singer, "Mutt is going to kill me for saying that"

That does still exist. People are competitive. Shania says she wants to have that diversity, and not get stuck in one genre.
