Michael Bublé Holiday Album Slated For October

(RTTNews) - Michael Bublé is planning a new holiday album, set for release next month.

The disc, called simply Christmas, will include a number of holiday standards and a new Bublé original. The tracklist includes "White Christmas," "Jingle Bells" and "Silent Night." The album also features guest appearances by Shania Twain and the Puppini Sisters.

The album is set to come out on October 24.

"Christmas has always been my favorite time of the year for me and my family so naturally it's been a dream of mine to make the 'ultimate' Christmas record," Bublé said in a statement.

"Even though it was summer and 95 degrees in L.A., we totally got into the spirit of the holiday," he added. "Of course we decorated the studio with Christmas lights in the middle of July and that was a big help. One more thing, my mother told me it's the best record I ever made."
