http://www.swr3.de/musik/charts/ ...click on "ABSTIMMEN" for PFT then type in name(1st box)....email(4th box), then click "Abschicken".

www.radio12.it ...scroll down, click on "clicca qui", then where there is "titolo" type "PFT" and then click on "cerca". Then you'll see a little yellow window and you have to click on "Richiedi".
