Shania proposes a toast to the team and says:

"Cheers...we celebrate your win...today....your success. ...You guys are about to go off into major careers..." [Shania starts whispering]"...and many challenges..." [Shania goes back to speaking normally]"....and any real success comes with nothing short of the hardest work...just when you think you've had enough and you can't take anymore, you've got to try even harder."


The female EXCEL team member then talks about how Shania's speech about success "resonated" with her because she knew that's what she and her team member had to do in order to win this task on the show.

The female EXCEL member then proposes a toast in honor of the male member of the team.

She says this in her toast: "This is a toast to you..."[the male team member]"...for leading is to victory."
