That version of Come On Over is not the Aussie Tour Edition, it is the Original U.S. Version release by PolyGram, which later got re-released by Universal. The Universal version had a white disc rather than PolyGrams plain disc.

The Aussie Tour Edition is the International Version album with the Grey Cover and slip cover, later version didn't have the slip cover and was sticker either Limited Edition (PolyGram) and Australian Exclusive (Universal).

The White slip cover copy, is not Australian, dunno what country it is, I did google Universal Pte and I seem to get Singapore. So it could be that country.
