She was live in Chicago on July 27, when she played to a crowd of 50,000 or so at Hutchinson Field in Grant Park and failed to impress Sun-Times reviewer Bobby Reed, who wrote: "Twain's nine-member backing band delivered strong but rote renditions of her hits, offering a punch that was more effective than her vocals, which occasionally were a bit thin."
