Though Carey appears to be back in form, she was no match for Twain, who remained the chart's top diva as Up! sold another 317,000 copies, pushing its charts domination to three straight weeks. Up!, which is actually Shania's first number one on the pop album charts, is about one week away from a two million-copy first month. Her mega-selling 1997 disc, Come on Over, had barely passed the half-million mark at the same point.
