Hit 40 UK show in the Capital radio channel should have some more Shania stuff...




It was a short interview. Shania basicly saying that this Hyde Park gig is something different from tour and a good chance for her to get some concerts under her belt before the tour..

Nothing new... but bad news to Roger who wants to hear Juanita, as again Shania said the tour concerts will be different from these gigs...

I just flew over Shania without knowing!!!

I've just got back from my holiday in Italy not knowing that Party in the Park was on, or that Shania was there. I flew from the south of France to Leeds/Bradford airport in the north of England, and on the way the Captain told the passengers on the plane that we were flying over London if we looked down. It was cloudy, so I only saw bits, but about an hour later I got home, put the TV on and saw that Shania was about to perform!!!

She was excellent - it was a preview of next week and I think they will use the same stage. There was a real vibe, especially during Man I Feel Like A Woman. Everyone was singing along and I think it gave Shania a real boost - this wasn't a Shania audience, so imagine next week!!!

(By the way, I'm talking about when I saw her on TV - not from the airplane - my hearing isn't that good....)

I can't believe how many posts I've missed in two weeks!

What did the stage look like???????? I mean was it similiar to the last tour??????

jen, this was just Shania as one of the performers, not her concert, so the stage was set like for everybody else.

It is good to hear she was playing well infront of an audience that may not normally listen to her. This is a good confidence builder for her and the band.

I hope she wears something alot more exciting for her real tour. I can't say that I'm a huge fan of the casual t-shirt and jeans look when it comes to her performances. I want more pizzazz.
