i bought two tickets to the paris concert from ticketnet.fr ... they processed the order and then emailed me and asked me to send them photocopies of my passport and credit card....they say this is routine to prevent fraud...has anyone had to go through this procedure before?

please let me know, so i can either send or not send the tickets. thanks! how has everyone been? long time since i posted, so a big hello to everyone!!!!

I have not bought a ticket myself..so I do not know...but their official email when there is any problem/question regarding a ticket sale is: serviceclients@ticketnet.fr They should be able to reply to you in English.
