Anyone having a problem with fanclub member info???
I just renewed my fanclub membership, but I went to the member info section to change my mailing address and it wouldn't let me click on the "change address" button. I've e-mailed customer service (highly doubt I'll ever get a reply), but maybe someone here knows how to fix this. I don't want any packages sent to the wrong address.   |

I haven't had that type of problem. I did have to e-mail them once about my password not working, and they did actually write to me within a couple days. I hope you have the same good fortune!

Ellie, I just moved also to a new address and I had to change my address on their website! At first I was alittle confused, but then I figured it out!

I can't renew my membership.I don't know the reason, but everytime I try to renew it, this message appears:
" The transaction has failed to process, you have not been charged. Please try again. "
I don't think my credit card has any problem, because I bought a cd at amazon.com today using it.I hope they can fix it before the expiration date

I'll have to keep tabs on this, as mine will be coming due on 11/02/04.  They are already telling me to, but I am waiting until the end of the month, that is what I did last year.
