I also believe you could get a better deal by trading up to a different credit card now that you have established a reliable credit rating...Go for it girl...

No!!! Cause I'll get offered limits that is more than what I actually make!!!!! Sides my card goesn't have interest on any buys until 6th month of same limit. And I get overdraft protection on my checking which I REALLY like because you'll never know what was taking away from your account.

Well we didn't realize you had those other motives for keeping the credit card...I never have really worried about overdraft because I have always been fairly good at book keeping...

So have I. I always planned out my money and I've been know to write checks to student loan places without the money in my account so they wouldn't be late. Very bad habit LOL

Anyway, I'm figuring out total amount I should have (food, gas, room, etc.) So I'm at the part where I have to figure out how many gas stops I'm going to make. I have 4-cyl car that gets 32 miles per gallon on highway with a tank of 15.50 gallons. I'm looking at 4 stops one way....and two or three should be still in Wisconsin and Michigan lines on the way there. Maybe I shouldn't get a SUV that I want for space

Based on the way the forms have been rolling in over the first week, there'll be alot more than "a few new people" to meet.

That's ok Chicker, since Richard can only dance in the shadows no one will notice your 2 left feet.
