Shania on CMT Reba Inside Fame
CMT just emailed me and said the Shania is going to be on Inside Fame/Reba on April 2.
Here is what they say about the show.
In her nearly three-decade career, all-around entertainer Reba McEntire has shown the world there's nothing she can't do well. Whether she is on stage singing country music or starring in the hit television series Reba, McEntire’s career has been a phenomenal success. The star speaks exclusively to CMT about her early days in Oklahoma, her journey to the top, the personal tragedies she has endured and what lies ahead. Also interviewed are family, friends and colleagues including Shania Twain, Trisha Yearwood, Vince Gill, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Lee Ann Womack, Sara Evans, Terri Clark and Carolyn Dawn Johnson.
It has been nearly 30 years since McEntire was first discovered singing the national anthem at the National Finals Rodeo in Oklahoma City. Since then, McEntire has sold more than 50 million albums, won numerous music awards, become a best-selling author, starred in the critically acclaimed Annie Get Your Gun on Broadway and held roles in various motion pictures and television series.
McEntire talks candidly about taking control of her music, jump-starting her massive popularity and becoming one of the country's first successful video artists with her video "Whoever's in New England." McEntire also shares intimate stories of her personal life including her divorce, second marriage, pregnancy and birth of her son, the tragic 1991 plane crash that claimed the lives of her road manager and seven band members and her own emergency landing incident just one year later.
