With a busy career and toddler son, Shania Twain reveals that what she wants most is a little alone time. "I'd like more free time," said Shania to Nashville IQ, "now that I have a child. My career is all-occupying, as all of our careers are, but now that I have a child I have so little time to do things just for myself. I'd like to spend more time riding [horses], I'd like to spend more time cooking, things that just aren't demanding, just time for myself. I think every woman gets to that point when you have a multi-dimensional life where you say, 'Okay, what is there I can do that includes nobody but myself.'"

Well Shania deserves a break, after being on tour this last year and doing promo for GH. It is time for her to do things that most of us take forgranted, until she and Mutt feel the time is right for the new album.

Shania is experiencing burn out...Something you always experience when you have too much of anything and that is especially true for creative artists....Shania needs time to recharge her batteries Lol! That means going to activities which she actually enjoys and cherishes like horse back riding with family back home and getting together with Mutt and Eja...Doing a one year tour is quite remarkable for anyone...I don't know of many artists that work as hard as Shania does for her fans...But Shania has definately made the difference for me and if she wants to take a break so be it...That is certainly cool with me...Go for it Shania have a great time with Mutt and Eja where ever you may be...

You are so right, Benjamin! I don't know any other artist who works as hard as Shania and gives so much to her fans and is extremely nice and down-to-earth!! I guess this is why we all love and admire her so much! In todays world, she is just a breath of fresh air!!!
