At first I did not know what 'Beyonce style' meant. I figured they were talking about Beyonces music style. But it appears that they mean that the artist release an album digitally and unannounced before the physical copy right?
Anyway, I hope this is true! But I'm having doubts since Shania claims she's still writing?

She has been writing but also managed to record something with Paula Fernandes, so it makes me wonder if she's had time for other recording as well?

I think the recording with Paula is just one song? An entire album is of course something else. She was in the market for a producer, The song with Paula is probably produced by Paula's own producer.
We still don't know if Shania has found a producer yet, but I assume her writing is coming to a final stage. I think she will have enough songs now, and she just needs to perfect them, find a producer and record them.
But her scedule is quite tight this summer, so I am not positive about anything this year, unless she already found a producer and if she's in a recording stage already.
