I have been doing some research and I have already commented on this topic but after getting my facts straight,I am posting a poll with regards to Shania's European only video releases.
In North America,we got FAFA while Ka Ching! was released only in Europe.I have come to find out from a good friend in New Zealand that she has seen the FAFA video on her music station while here in North America,we never are given the chance to have the European only videos played here.
I find that to be a bit unfair because North America is where most of her record sales count and I still don't really understand why she has chosen to release one single here and a totally different single in Europe.I personally wish she would do as she always has done and release one single and video worldwide at a time instead of causing so much confusion and alot of searching for North American fans to get a copy of the Europe only videos and singles.I know the one single for TYB is enhanced and that is terrific but alot of fans including myself would prefer to have the video on a video to watch on TV and add to our Shania video collections.I am in no way saying that the European fans should not be allowed to have exclusive videos and singles but I think it would be just much easier on our sanity and pocketbooks if she just released one single at a time worldwide.
I am also worried about how long UP! will be able to have singles and videos because if she keeps releasing 2 different songs and videos at one time,she may find that she has released too much too soon and will have no other really chart topping hits to release unless she reverses the situation and releases the European singles and videos here in North America with a new video and vice versa in Europe.
I have just exhausted myself thinking of this whole situation so I will leave it to you to post your opinions and vote on the poll.
Again,to those whom live in Europe,please do not take offense to this post because I have numerous friends and family overseas and I personally love you all because European people are very friendly,etc.

North America got Up-single while Europe got Ka-Ching.
Up-single and video were never released in Europe.

FAFA was a worldwide release and thus can be seen in New Zealand also.


If USA sales are appr. 4.5 mill and the worldwide sale is about 9 mill, that would make the worldwide sales also to 4.5 mill.

I´m sorry, but if you wish that the European fans not get upset, than you should have made it so that both options were in poll. Europe not getting NA releases and NA not getting Europe releases.

So you think it`s unfair that we got the ka-ching video and you didn`t??? I tell you what...I live in Norway, a country where I don`t get to see ANYTHING unless you have cable tv (WHICH I DON`T), and many others in other european countries are also having this problem. Maybe it`s not too smart releasing two different singles, but you don`t suffer half as much as we do!!! When it comes to videos, it`s not more unfair for you than it is for us! We didn`t get the Up video...

We don't know that these won't be released - maybe Shania hasn't decided herself. I can totally guarantee that N.A will get to see Ka-Ching! at some point. Don't get upset about not seeing it yet - I haven't seen the Up! video yet and that's several months after N.A. saw it.

I think that she is right to release different songs at different times - in some countries different types of songs need releasing first to help the album make an impact.

Also I think its more fun for Shania to promote different songs at once in different countries - it's more fun for her and the band and it keeps the songs fresh for her. It must be more boring to do the same song all over the world over and over. This way she can enjoy performing more.

I didn't even know that there was a video for "When". I bought the Platinum Collection and thought I'd seen every Shania video going, but I was wrong!!!! It was a surprise one day to see When! had a video to go with it.

Look at it this way, it's better to have something to look forward to instead of a big collection of everything all at once.
