50 Cent, Eminem Get Multi-Platinum Awards

By Tamara ConniffLOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - 50 Cent's "Get Rich or Die Tryin"' has been certified for sales of more than 4 million copies in the Recording Industry Assn. of America's March tally.
The Queens, New York, rapper's debut album for Aftermath/Interscope is the best-selling record of the year to date.
Additionally, 50 Cent's Oscar-winning mentor Eminem added another million in sales to "The Eminem Show," bringing total sales to more than 8 million.
Country trio Dixie Chicks' Grammy-wining Columbia album "Home" added another million in sales.
Fleetwood Mac's classic album "Rumors" was certified for sales of more than 19 million copies, tying it with AC/DC's "Back in Black," Shania Twain's "Come on Over" and the Beatles' "White Album" as the sixth-highest-certified record in history.
Norah Jones' Blue Note debut, "Come Away With Me," added another million in sales in one month, bringing total sales to 5 million.
The RIAA awarded a total of 12 multiplatinum, 11 platinum and 24 gold albums in March.
