Well, it is strange to see a building go from a landmark we visited, and a topic of discussion,
to a hole in the ground.
We had some descriptions and discussion about the Maple Leaf, in post #124 of this thread,
in April 2002.

That was a photo history of our 2001 visit to Timmins with brief coverage of our involvement
with the Leaf. Sort of a reminder shortly before the 2002 trip by fans back up to Timmins.
Although there was a foretelling rainbow over Hollinger Park and the new STC a few photos later
in the thread linked above, maybe that was the ying to the Maple Leaf's yang, then in the last stage
of it's journey to eventual demise.
