She just threw the first pitch. The showed her while she threw it, but you couldn't see the plate. The announcers said she did a good job - that is looked something close to a strike, but that there may be a few people in the dugout who want to work on her form. She looked great and was smiling and laughing. She was having fun. They also, of course, plugged the concert on Sunday.

She threw it out!!!! She did a pretty good job. She was spinning all around to look at different parts of the field. She threw it and the commentator said "Hey, she did a pretty good job!" "But the guys in the back will have something else to say, they will help her with her form!" It was cute. She threw it and then she put her arms up in the air like she was thankful she made it to the base. The guy said she almost threw a strike!

Shania looked so cute in her Cubs uniform throwing out the first pitch! They kept the camera on Shania the entire time and did not follow the ball to home plate. But the Cubs announcers said Shania did a great job and looked like she threw a strike. Way to go Shania! I can't wait to see her sing "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" during the 7th inning!

Me too! If she brings it to Chicago, maybe we could make a copy. I will take some blank tapes with me, and hopefully one of our Hotels will have a VCR that records.

Nancy O'Dell from "Access Hollywood" is at the game. So watch for Shania on today's or tomorrrow's news magazine shows. "Access Hollywood", "Extra", "Inside Edition" and "Entertainment Tonight."

They just played MIFLAW during "FAN CAM" and they showed Shania eating either popcorn or Crackerjacks.

I just checked the tape and it is indeed taping and even on the correct channel. (I have been known to tape the wrong channel)
