My son and I went to Shania's concert saturday night up at the Palace of
Auburn Hills. It was wonderful! Shania mentioned that it was great
being back in Detroit and that she was born across the river in Windsor,
but she wasn't even sure if the hospital was still there now. From the
loud cheering when Shania mentioned Canada I'm guessing there were
quite a few fans from up north. I do believe that most the crowd was
standing for the whole show, I know my son and I were. Of course my
favorite part of the concert was when Shania sang "From This Moment On".
Just love that song. My son took some pics and videos of some of the
songs that she sang. Ho Hum, it's just a memory now. But what a great
one! It sure would be nice if I could afford to get to another one of her
shows.
