Country and pop singer Shania Twain will perform at the Mohegan Sun Arena Oct. 15.

Country and pop star Shania Twain will bring her "Up!" tour to the Mohegan Sun Arena Oct. 15.

Tickets cost between $65 and $125 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.

Twain's 1997 album "Come On Over" set a record for female singers by selling 34 million copies. In November she released the follow-up, "Up!" She has achieved success in both country and pop charts with hits such as "You're Still the One," "From This Moment On" and "Forever and For Always."

Twain will kick off her tour Sept. 25 in Canada. Her shows will be in the round, a 360-degree stage configuration.

Tickets can be purchased at the Mohegan Sun box office, online at www.tickets.com or by calling 1-800-477-6849. Tickets sold at the box office will be conducted through a wristband system with wristbands being distributed at 7 a.m.

The day after the NYC MSG concert. I hope I can get the time off, this is within driving distance of me. Right across the LI Sound.

It appears this is the only place so far that has higher ticket prices than the other concerts.

From what I can see from the floor plan, it looks very small.

Wish I had the extra $. This isn't that a long of a trip from here. Mohegan doesn't get the press Foxwoods does, but it's there. I don't know how many it holds.

Yes, the smaller venue sure makes it more understandable that they have higher ticket price.
Looking at the pic, there is no bad seat in the house hehe
