The party's just beginning for Shania Twain, who scores the highest debut of the week and of the year. Party For Two, the lead single from Twain's Greatest Hits disc, enters the Canadian Music Network singles chart at No. 19. It is the highest new entry since Nickelback's Someday began its chart life at No. 12 the week of Aug. 13, 2003. It is also the year's highest debut to date, breaking the old record held by Bryan Adams. He entered at No. 29 with Open Road last August.
