Actually FV they aren't that expensive. I was just at www.bmwusa.com. (http://www.bmwusa.com.)

The MSRP for the 4 cyl model starts at
US $31 300.

The MSRP for the 6 cyl model starts at
US $37 900.

You know Shania she is practical. Afterall it was Mutt who talked her into the Bimmer. Her first choice was to buy the VW Bug. I don't know if she went with the 6 or the 4. And of course what she paid would depend on options and what country she bought it in. If she bought it in Switzerland then the price of course would depend on the value of the Swiss currency.

She could very likely sell that car for more than she paid for it. Celebrity cars tend to do well at auction. I've seen cars owned by Elvis, John Lennon and Sinatra go for considerably more than they were worth. Simply because of who had once owned them.

hey all,

i was at work and i was looking out our glass windows on the side of the store. i saw a blue bmw z3 roadster and i immediately thought shania would've been a perfect fit for it. the top was down and it was just a stunning car. but not as stunning as shania!

but it was an amazing car that would've fit shania perfectly.

if it is not that expensive, I may start thinking about it..huummmmm well, I would have to add taxes though..OK, now that's too expensive..LOL

My understanding is it is a Roadster, so must be 6 cylinders.

Also 37900 is a barebone price. Luxury car at this price range rarely come in barebone. When you add up all the options, like power roof, CDs, woodtrim, destination charge and LUXURY tax, it will be in the 45,000 range.

If BMW knew Shania was buying it, (Shania says she don't like to be treated as a celebrity though) they probably might give her a special deal or even pay her - like what they did in James Bond movies.
