I went to see Sheryl Crow in Philadelphia on Friday. It was a great show. Sheryl Crow was animated, a great singer and great guitar player, and puts on an excellent show. There was a great band and even a violin section. She sang a couple of songs from her new album and the rest were her other work. She changed from a dress to a top and jeans for the encore and was even more animated. Of course then last night she performed on Saturday Night Live with Lance Armstrong as the guest host. She did two songs and was great.

hey everyone,
i went to see sheryl last sun. night at the hollywood bowl and it was perfect. i was going to skip it due to the hassle factor (driving in l.a.,parking at the bowl, etc.) just stay home watch the world series and desperate housewives. but at the sheryl crow fan site it was mentioned one could go to one of these park and drive places close by and catch the bus to the bowl. cheap and easy.
anyway, i went, got a first row ticket at the box office, met some sheryl crow fan club members, met some band members after... it was the best. she has never looked or sounded better.
the snl gig was a hoot also.
