Running in the Boston Marathon 3rd week of April. Trainings going great. Hope to make Steph proud-thanks for the donation to"Feeding America" Steph!! Miles for Meals has raised over $18000 so far for the charity. I think that's about 3 cents a mile run! LOL Doc

Good Luck DOC on Monday! Yeah...we cut ours about a month ago, of course they are only about 4ft tall, so you would not fall out of them. I'll be thinking of you when I turn in my 5 page report (on Religion and Politics that I have not done yet), for Monday. Boy, I better get to work! Anyhow, GOOD LUCK!

Thanks Steph. I feel really good. Been training hard. Have my weight down from 212 to 187. Ran 22 miles last weekend so I'm tapering now to the run. Raised over $1200 so far for Feeding America and hopefully some of my big guns will check in as we get closer to the run. Just 6 days to NOT get hurt and NOT get sick! Gotta get my Shania music ready for those 26.2 long miles. I've been listening to an audiobook on my long runs called "Mortal Instruments-City of Bones". Anyone else know the series? It's been really good. Doc

In Boston now-the city is all pumped for the Marathon-me too! Donations to Feeding America over $2500 now for the run and I know more is supposed to come in. I big nursing home I go to to care for patients is having a dress down day and raising money for the run etc. Weather looks good for the marathon in the upper 40's with rain late in the day. update later-Doc

I got my paper done so, I am not sweating it anymore...and I know you will do great also. The weather sounds great for running. Crank UP! Shania and just let those feet fly!
