One of my students is a Shania fan!
For those who don't know, I'm a piano teacher. 
Now onto my little story that I've been meaning to tell for awhile now. lol
Well, one day, I asked one of my students, Emma (who is 5 years old), what music she likes listening to. She said, 'My favourite is Shania Twain.' Then she started telling me all the songs she liked. lol Then she started singing them. 
Inside I was all like this:  LOL
Then she was like, 'I went to one of her concerts and it was so fun!'
Then I got jealous. 
She wanted me to teach her a Shania song. lol I've been putting it off, but I'm going to write out a simple arrangement of just the melody so she can play it as 'extra work'. lol
Just thought I'd share. |

Yea, it's such a cool thing to witness... seeing little kids singing all the words to Shania's song.
I still can't believe that in the 5 years that this little girl has been alive, she's gone to a Shania concert and I haven't!!!
