Chances are you WILL find them in expensive shopping districts.
So.....to conclude......Now...I'm not going to spell it out for you...but ...if you were in New York looking for a Dolce & Gabbana dress..you will probably have more luck finding it on 5th Avenue than in the Bronx.
Now, you can apply that to the rest of the world's shopping districts. Chanel boutiques are usually not next door to Walmarts.

Is The Bronx still part of NYC? I thought it seceded and became part of Yonkers or went with Westchester.
