Hey everyone!

Well for school this semester I'm doing an independent research project with a professor on rat learning behavior. This morning it was time that we named our mama rats (hopefully they'll be mama's!) and since my professor knows I'm such a fan and she's a fan herself, she said, "In honor of Shania's birthday, let's name this female Eilleen Twain." LOL So there you have it, now Shania has a rat named after her. I'll have to take a picture of Eilleen the rat and post it once I get some batteries for my camera.

Hey guys! Wow it's been awhile, eh?! Dang, sorry for that, but life has been HECTIC!!!!

I thought you guys should know that Eilleen the rat had 17 babies!!! Yes, 17!!!!!!!! Crazy, eh?? So, who wants a rat named after them? LOL

In celebration of my rats, I wrote a song called "Any Rat of Mine" (It might sound a lil familiar to ya'll )

This is what a rat owner wants…

Any rat of mine better not think to bite me

LOL guys, no she's not a rabbit. My first rat that had pups had 18!! My rats are apparently very fertile since one week before my rats had their pups, another rat only had 4!! It's actually pretty cool because my rat pups in the lab are known as the "Twain Gang." I should secretly plan some Shania for them since I'm sure that would definitely enhance their brain power.
