A song with the same title is in Celine's latest Cd "Taking Chances": I find the lyrics very appropriate for Shania now:

I think that after her message, she could dedicate a song to us.. It would be a nice thing from her, but on the other hand, all her music is dedicated to us, even if there isn't a specific song dedicated to the fans.
She could call it:
